our maple experience (our first) 
was TERRIBLE
ok we totally failed but....hopefully we learned lol
we were boiling it down in pans over the fire and the 
kids got the flu so that had to stop! 
it was a disaster....we still plan to try again but maby with a small evaporator. do you have any suggestions???
i just want something smaller and it seems like alot of trouble to get the big giant units and move bricks. am i understanding right you had to move bricks?

		<description>Putting buckets on logged wood gave me an idea, Vampire logging! You could really really over tap a bush that you are going to cut down for lumber or firewood in the spring. Seem kind of unethical but not wasteful. I wonder if anyone has tried it. I don&#039;t think I could bring my self to do it.
